The extremes of weather
What a scotcher it is today! The thermometer in my car was reading 37 degrees. I hope there is a total fire ban. Can’t imagine how a bush fire can be controlled in such temperature!
The northern atmosphere is suffering through the wintery snow storms while here, we are suffering through the summer heat. How I wish for a little change … maybe the earth can tilt just a little bit or maybe some local phenomena will bring a little snow or rain.
What to do to cool down? A few suggestions come to mind; including putting clothes in the freezer before putting them on, drink lots of cold cold water, wear light coloured clothings and stay out of the hot sun!
I hope the weather will be much more comfortable during the New Year celebrations.

Odd spot.
If the world was tilted one degree more either way, the planet would not be habitable because the area around the equator would be too hot and the poles would be too cold.
I think its lots of the cold cold water that’ll have to do the trick.
