Rally in the city today?

I was watching the evening news and saw that there was a Industrial Relations (IR) rally/demonstration in the city today. Was anyone affected by it? Did anyone know about it?

Not one who works in the city, I was totally unaffected by the rally. In the past, I was affected whenever there was a public transport strike but not this time.

If you were affected or you were there at the rally, send your comments and photos.

No photos, but was trying to get into the city today to run errands, and trams from St Kilda Rd were all terminating at the Arts Centre. And it was such an effort trying to weave through the crowds of people trying to get anywhere near Bourke St (which was where I needed to go).

It didn’t really stuff anything up for me because I live and work in the same building, and I didn’t need to go outside much. I stuffed one of my housemates up though, because she didn’t realise they were going to be shutting down the trams.
