RMIT Open Day
Its open day season for all the Universities and this weekend, it is the turn of RMIT. To me, RMIT is the most accessible Uni because it is right in the city. Although I still wouldn’t do a business course that runs out of that building 108 right on Burke street, I still enjoy going to their Open Day. It is fun to walk through the campus looking into their labs and all their equipments.

Whats wrong with building 108?
It is the electromagnetic radiation or whatever that may or may not have caused 18 staffs to develop some form of illnesses. Just minor little things like brain tumour, cancer etc … Personally, I will pay to have the head of Telstra to work from that building!
The city campus is a dump, just like RMIT is in general. As for the labs and equipment, try out the lab in building 57…its like Sovereign Hill, step back in time. Assuming you aren’t blinded by the dayglo orange paint scheme in there. Do yourself a favour and catch the tram to the top of Swanston street for Open day, so you don’t waste your time.
Telstra is bad for many reasons but don’t blame them for radiation that isn’t there. If there is something causing sicknesses, its most likely something RMIT did. Perhaps their radioactive paint.
Yeah, I know I shouldn’t blame Telstra for everything but it just feels that they are going hand-in-hand in this radiation thing with RMIT. I blame RMIT equally, if not more.
I still like to see someone in authority who says that nothing is causing the cancer to go live in that building.
City campus is a dump? True!:) I was refering to the museum pieces/equipments that they still use or have. Don’t you appreciate their ability to maintain those equipments? But most likely they are not working and is there just for show.
Eh does anyone wana cover RMIT Open Day on Sunday?
How about you Adrock2xander? Could you cover it?
No promises, but i was thinking about that.
