An impromptu protest has taken place or is still taking place in the heart of the city. Traffic around the Parliament house are at a standstill because of protests by taxi drivers. The second within 24 hours. It doesn’t seem too unusual to me, there is usually a protest around the Parliament area. But it is unusual to see so many yellow cabs. Looks a bit choatic as well.
