One Item a Day Online Shops

zazz.jpgPreviously Ronny has made a couple of posts on Zazz. When I first looked at the site, I didn’t think much of it. It looked like any other ecommerce site out there. Then I found myself checking it after midnight every day, comparing their prices with other retailers prices and I realized this isn’t just a cool gimic. Imitators hit the market such as Catch of the Day and Snap it Up but neither had the community nor flash look of Zazz. Well, I’m officially hooked on “One Item a Day” sites.

So far I’ve bought:

From Zazz:
1x Ritmo Wireless Keyboard
2x 400g HD (they also sent a free USB hub with lots of lights on it, and a wristband that says Zazz on it)

From COTD:
1x 6-1 Universal Remote

Shipping from both companies has been fast as they are both Melbourne based. They do sell things other than computer products but I’m a geek. Price differences may not be significantly different but with the pressure of 24 hours (or less if there is high demand) to buy a product it is more likely that a person will purchase the item.

That is awesome! I wonder if it will ever come to the states. As far as I can tell, they don’t ship internationally.

These companies are a copy of Woot.com which is a US site that does the same thing. I think Zazz’s design is cleaner than Woot’s though.

Oh, and if you don’t think they are.
