The Age’s recipe cards

A few months ago, I mentioned how The Herald Sun is coming up with freebies to entice people to buy their papers. Well, The Age is not far behind in this challenge.

Last week, they gave out calendars and this week, it is a pack of recipe cards. Personally, I prefer The Age to The Herald Sun. What is your preference?

The age certainly appears to be more unbiased…

Age - great journalistic style and reports
Herald Sun - cheap tabloid excuse of a sensationalised paper

    Age >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> H.S

Prefer the Herald Sun due to its ease of physically handling it but definitely think The Age has better substance. Don’t think its worth 34 > signs though.

LOL, who buys the paper anymore? The reason they are offering freebies is because the newspaper is a dieing entity. I get all my news via the web, yes, even the age. Dunno if the herald sun has a rss feed, haven’t bothered looking.

Why buy a paper where you are forced to read what they decide to print, when you can choose the feeds that are of interest to you and read them.

    Much better imo.

    Chris
