Melbourne Jazz Fringe Fest.

Being a really jazzy person, I am baffled at how I managed to miss the fact that the Melbourne Jazz Fringe Festival is in town. (The fact that the event banners are right there beside QV and the State Library makes it even more inexcusable.)

I did catch the very last free performance tonight at Federation Square though, sipping coffee and pretending to be cool. But like said - it’s the last free one.

No matter - if you’re jazz-loving but not as dead broke as me (tickets, however, are not expensive), do take a look at the rather impressive line-up. Meanwhile, I’m going to start having WW bread for breakfast/lunch/dinner and save me some pennies.

The Festival runs from 26 April ‘07 - 6 May ‘07.

Also, the Crown Melbourne Jazz 2007 will be on from 3 - 13 May ‘07. Awesome stuff.

Of course, it costs a little more.
