Planning to buy a house? Attempting your first home buying experience? Why not visit the first home buyer expo at the Melbourne Exhibition Convention Centre. It will be from Friday 24th until Sunday 26th August 2007.

Information about land sales, home sales, mortgages etc will be available. A lot of home builders will be there to showcase their house plans. I have always enjoyed looking at houses but hated walking through all the showhouses which is extremely time consuming and tiring. It is fantastic to have all the home builders all under one roof.

While you are there, no harm visiting the RACV home show which runs from 25th August until 2nd September. There will be exhibits on everything vaguely related to homes and gardens, from kitchens, water tanks to sheds.

For both events, buy your tickets online for a better deal, and tickets for weekdays are cheaper than those for the weekends.
