We participated in something similar (it' was to do with getting $300 cashback after buying certain models of their TVs). That was roughly 3 weeks ago now and we have received nothing at all, not even an email to say that it's all being processed! Granted unlike your case, they didn't actually say how long this promo thing will take effect but geez, if you didn't want to in the first place, don't make promotions!
