Yeah who wouldn't?! I got a hard-on just looking at the races in England last year:O Nah that's fine really. The Rat Race website indicated free 'training' for newbies will be provided. The kayaking will also be really simple; if you can wave a lightsaber around I doubt a kayak would be any different lol. If you think you're bad, look at poor me! I've never climbed a wall nor sat on a plastic/foam boat! I'm meaning to pay up before the Early Bird price ends. Not sure if teams have to be chosen by then?
